Job summary

One Call seeks a Cloud FinOps & Technology Cost Strategy Manager to own cloud and software cost management across One Call's multi-cloud, SaaS, and on-premises technology portfolio. This role establishes and operates a FinOps function, partnering with infrastructure engineering, application development, finance, and procurement to drive cost visibility, forecasting accuracy, and cost accountability.

This is a hands-on management role with no direct reports, and requires operating cost tooling

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology, finance, cloud cost management or FinOps.
• Hands-on ownership of cloud cost platforms across at least two clouds.
• Experience with tagging standards, allocation taxonomy, and chargeback/showback models.
• Experience managing a commitment portfolio and SaaS management platforms.
• FinOps Certified Practitioner preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own cost visibility, allocation, and monthly/ quarterly reporting.
• Optimize cloud/SaaS/AI spend including reservations and discounts.
• Forecast technology costs and support annual budget.
• Establish FinOps operating model and governance with cross‑functional teams.
• Drive adoption of FinOps best practices and maturity.
