Job summary

One Call seeks a Cloud FinOps & Technology Cost Strategy Manager to own cloud and technology financial management across its multi-cloud, SaaS, and on-premises portfolio. This hands-on leader builds the FinOps operating model, drives cost visibility, forecasting accuracy, and cost accountability, and partners with engineering, finance, and procurement.

Reporting to the VP of Technology, the role operates cost tooling, manages billing and usage data, and produces executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, CS, IS, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in technology, finance, cloud cost management, or FinOps, including 3+ years in dedicated cloud financial management.
• Hands-on work with cloud cost platforms (Vantage, Apptio, CloudHealth, etc.) across at least two clouds.
• Experience establishing tagging standards and chargeback/showback models in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Own cloud and technology cost management across multi-cloud, SaaS, and on-premises portfolios.
• Operate cost management tooling and lead executive reporting.
• Develop and drive the FinOps operating model and cost strategy.
• Monitor and optimize commitments (RI, savings plans) and negotiate renewals with benchmarking.
