Job summary

One Call is seeking a Cloud FinOps & Technology Cost Strategy Manager to own cloud and technology financial management across a multi‑cloud, SaaS, and on‑premises portfolio. You will lead a new FinOps function, drive cost visibility, forecasting accuracy, and cost accountability, and report to the VP Technology.

The role is hands‑on with no direct reports, operating cost management tooling and producing executive analyses. You may grow the function as it matures and headcount increases.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ownership of cloud cost management platforms (Vantage, Apptio, etc.) across multiple clouds.
• Experience establishing tagging standards and cost allocation taxonomies in enterprise environments.
• Experience with SaaS management platforms (Zylo, Productiv, Torii) or license optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own FinOps operating model, including cost governance and spend visibility.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and executive-level cost views.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, and procurement to drive cost optimization.
