Job summary

One Call seeks a Cloud FinOps & Technology Cost Strategy Manager to lead cloud financial management across a multi-cloud, SaaS, and on-premises portfolio. This role builds and operates the FinOps function, owns cost strategy, and partners with engineering, finance, and procurement to improve visibility, forecasting, and accountability.

The position reports to the Vice President, Technology, is hands-on with no direct reports, and may expand the team as the function matures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, CS, IS, Eng or related field.
• 8+ years in technology, finance, cloud cost mgmt or FinOps.
• 3+ years in cloud cost mgmt or FinOps capacity.
• FinOps Certified Practitioner required.
• Experience with multiple cloud cost tools and SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Operates cloud cost management across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI with SaaS coverage.
• Maintains cost allocation taxonomy, dashboards, and executive cost reporting.
• Drives optimization and commitment strategy across cloud and SaaS.
• Partners with engineering, architecture, and procurement to realize cost savings and governance.
