Job summary

One Call seeks a Cloud FinOps & Technology Cost Strategy Manager to lead cloud and technology cost management across its multi‑cloud, SaaS, and on‑premises portfolio. The role creates a new FinOps function, drives cost visibility, forecasting accuracy, and accountability, and reports to the VP of Technology.

The candidate will operate cost management tooling, manage billing and usage data, and own the FinOps operating model and long‑term strategy, with potential headcount growth as the function

Qualifications

• Hands-on ownership of cloud cost management platforms across multiple clouds.
• Experience establishing tagging standards, allocation taxonomy, and chargeback/showback models.
• Experience managing a commitment portfolio and supporting enterprise environment.
• Experience with SaaS management platforms (Zylo, Productiv, Torii) or license optimization preferred.
• FinOps Certified Practitioner required; and regulatory or healthcare-adjacent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes cost visibility, allocation and reporting across cloud and SaaS platforms; builds executive dashboards.
• Identifies cost optimization opportunities and manages commitments (RI, Savings Plans, discounts).
• Forecasts technology spend and partners with Finance on budgets and reviews.
• Develops FinOps governance, taxonomy, and cost strategy; supports adoption and maturity across the org.
