Job summary

One Call is seeking a Cloud FinOps & Technology Cost Strategy Manager to own cloud and technology financial management across a multi‑cloud and on‑prem portfolio. This hands‑on leadership role partners with infrastructure, development, finance, and procurement to drive cost visibility, forecasting accuracy, and cost accountability.

The role chairs the FinOps operating model, builds dashboards and reports, and guides optimization initiatives from rightsizing to vendor negotiations, with a focus

Qualifications

• Hands-on ownership of cloud cost management platforms across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI; experience with multi-cloud environments.
• Experience establishing tagging standards, allocation taxonomy, and chargeback/show-back models in an enterprise.
• Proven ability to manage a commitment portfolio (RI, Savings Plan) and support enterprise cost governance.

Responsibilities

• Own cloud and technology cost management, reporting, and executive dashboards.
• Develop and maintain cost allocation taxonomy, tagging standards, and data classifications.
• Lead optimization initiatives: rightsizing, storage tiers, idle resources, and license reclamation.
• Forecast technology spend, support budget processes, and partner with finance for multi-year projections.
