Dark Wolf Solutions, LLC is recruiting a seasoned Customer Engineer to act as a critical liaison for our DoD AFRL Google Platform. The role focuses on driving cloud adoption, optimizing resources, and improving security-aligned processes within a government environment.

You will lead customer engagement, monitor platform health, and provide basic engineering support while promoting best practices in Zero Trust and RMF compliance. Remote-first with DoD-facing responsibilities across multiple hubs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in a customer-facing engineering role.
• Proven experience supporting DoD customers.
• Strong understanding of GCP services and architecture.
• Knowledge of cloud cost optimization and RMF/Zero Trust.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate recurring customer engagements to provide direct support and build relationships.
• Monitor system health, optimize performance, and ensure platform reliability.
• Provide basic engineering guidance to users for AFRL Google Platform usage.
• Promote automation and templatization to streamline common requests and improve efficiency.
