Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an Infra Cloud Capacity Manager for a remote, six-month contract. The role focuses on ownership of cloud capacity, reliability, utilization, and cost-effective service delivery across Azure and AWS.

The candidate will coordinate across engineering, architecture, operations, and business stakeholders, drive performance dashboards, roadmaps, and reporting, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of cloud capacity management.
• 10+ years in IT service management, infrastructure operations, or related field.
• Working knowledge of ITIL practices and service management principles.
• Experience supporting infrastructure services (servers, networks, storage, cloud platforms).
• Experience coordinating work across technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret service metrics, identify trends, and translate findings into actions.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of forecasting and demand management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end responsibility for assigned infrastructure services with focus on cloud capacity availability and performance.
• Plan and govern capacity utilization and capacity risk.
• Maintain service docs, roadmaps, dashboards, metrics, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate service activities across architecture, engineering, QA, operations, product, and project teams.
• Lead service reviews, track actions, analyze trends, and communicate risks and improvements.
• Serve as point of contact for service inquiries and operational concerns.
• Support service strategy, design, transition, and lifecycle activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality, efficiency, scalability, and cost.
• Support incident follow-up, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Prepare clear communications for service releases and performance updates.
