Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an Infra Cloud Delivery Manager for a remote, six-month contract. The role focuses on owning and improving infrastructure services, coordinating across engineering, architecture, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure reliable, scalable cloud delivery.

Qualifications include 10+ years in IT service management, strong ITIL knowledge, and hands-on experience with Azure and AWS.

Qualifications

10+ years in IT service management, infrastructure operations, or related field.
Experience supporting cloud infrastructure and capacity planning.
Experience with ITIL practices and service management.
Ability to interpret service metrics and translate into actions.
Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end ownership of assigned infra cloud services and ensure availability and performance.
Maintain service documentation, dashboards, and performance metrics.
Coordinate activities across architecture, engineering, QA, operations, and product teams.
Lead service reviews, track actions, and communicate performance and risks.
Act as primary contact for service inquiries and improvements.
Assist with service strategy, design, and lifecycle activities.
Identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, scalability, and cost effectiveness.
Support incident follow-up and root cause analysis.
Prepare communications for releases, changes, and updates.
