Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an Infra Cloud Delivery Manager for a six-month remote contract. Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT service management, infrastructure operations, or related field
• Strong understanding of cloud capacity management and forecasting
• Experience coordinating work across technical teams and business stakeholders
• Experience with ITIL practices and service delivery principles
• Knowledge of capacity governance and cloud resource optimization

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ownership of infrastructure services with emphasis on availability, reliability, and performance
• Maintain service docs, roadmaps, dashboards, and metrics; communicate progress
• Coordinate activities across architecture, engineering, QA, operations, product, and project teams
• Lead service reviews, track actions, and communicate risks and priorities
• Prepare clear communications for service releases, changes, and performance updates
• Support incident follow-up, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality, efficiency, and cost effectiveness
