Responsibilities

• Own cloud capacity of assigned services with focus on availability and cost.
• Maintain performance dashboards, metrics, and stakeholder updates.
• Coordinate activities across architecture, engineering, QA, operations, and product teams.
• Analyze trends, identify risks, and drive improvement actions.
• Prepare clear communications for releases and capacity changes.
