Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an Application Support / Operations Engineer to provide Tier 2 and 3 support for mission-critical applications. The role involves incident and problem management, change implementation, and monitoring of health, availability, and performance.

You will coordinate deployments with development and cloud engineering teams and document root causes and procedures to improve support processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• US Citizenship is contractually required.
• Minimum of five (5)+ years of overall work experience.
• Experience with application support or production operations in cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 application support for mission-critical applications.
• Support incident management, problem management, and change implementation activities.
• Monitor application health, availability, and performance.
