Job summary

CTG is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Operations Analyst to provide 24/7 support for cloud-based applications and infrastructure from a remote location. The role requires incident management, troubleshooting across multiple domains, and collaboration with application, infrastructure, security, and operations teams.

Responsibilities include disaster recovery, cloud elasticity management, monitoring, and generating integrated service reports.

Qualifications

Experience supporting cloud-based applications and infrastructure in an enterprise environment.
Experience with incident management, technical troubleshooting, monitoring, and remediation.
Working knowledge of high-level cloud application architecture and integrated infrastructure components.
Experience using IT service management, monitoring, ticketing, and automation tools.

Responsibilities

Provide 24/7 technical support for cloud-based applications and infrastructure.
Receive, document, analyze, and resolve incidents using established workflows.
Perform initial troubleshooting across applications, DevOps, middleware, security, network, and cloud environments.
Support APIs, microservices, containers, Kubernetes, and middleware components.
Manage Application IDs and support cloud elasticity through automated resource scaling.
Execute disaster recovery and manual redundancy failover procedures.
Monitor client environments and identify issues using monitoring tools.
Develop and provide daily, weekly, and monthly integrated service reports.
Communicate resolutions and status updates to clients and stakeholders.
Follow ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, Change, and SLA management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex issues.
