Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an Application Support / Operations Engineer to provide Tier 2 and 3 support for mission-critical applications. The role involves incident and problem management, change implementation, and monitoring of health, availability, and performance.

You will coordinate deployments with development and cloud engineering teams and document root causes and procedures to improve support processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• US Citizenship is contractually required.
• Minimum of five (5)+ years of overall work experience.
• Experience with application support or production operations in cloud environments.

Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.* Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.* US Citizenship is contractually required.* Minimum of FIVE (5)+ years of overall work experience.* Experience with application support or production operations experience.* Experience supporting enterprise applications in cloud environments.* Knowledge of incident management and troubleshooting methodologies.* Experience with monitoring and ticket management systems.**What Would Be Nice To Have:*** ITIL Foundation Certification.* Experience supporting AWS-hosted applications.* Experience with ServiceNow.* Basic scripting and automation experience.* Familiarity with DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines.The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$116,000.00.
