Job summary

Zippy, a remote-first lender for manufactured homes, seeks a Closing Operations Specialist – Broker to manage closings for the broker channel. You will coordinate with mortgage brokers, settlement agents, and internal teams to ensure accurate final figures and timely closings, including digital signing and remote online notarization.

You'll balance documents, review for discrepancies, and guide borrowers through the closing process in a fast-paced, technology-enabled environment that supports

Qualifications

• Two or more years of loan closing experience in the housing market.
• Manufactured housing experience is appreciated.
• Experience supporting mortgage brokers or wholesale lending transactions.
• Coordinating with title companies, escrow officers or settlement agents.
• Ability to review and balance final loan documents and settlement statements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central point of contact for external mortgage brokers, settlement agents, and internal account executives to resolve late-stage closing bottlenecks and keep closings moving forward.
• Balance final loan documents and settlement statements with title companies, escrow officers, or settlement agents and identify discrepancies.
• Guide borrowers through closing documents and facilitate remote online notarization.
• Coordinate with brokers, account executives, and settlement partners to deliver accurate, timely closings.
• Review closing documents for accuracy and coordinate corrections with internal teams.
