You will be the main contact for brokers, settlement agents, and internal teams, resolving bottlenecks and ensuring timely closings while guiding borrowers through final documents and remote notarization.

Ideal candidates have loan closing experience, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment focused on manufactured home lending.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of loan closing experience in the housing market, manufactured housing experience appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Broker and Settlement Agent Support: be the central contact for brokers, settlement agents, and internal teams to resolve late-stage closing bottlenecks.
