Job summary

Array Behavioral Care is seeking a Clinician Scheduling Coordinator to support clinical operations by maintaining accurate clinician schedules across service lines in a fast-paced, remote healthcare environment.

You will build and adjust schedules, collaborate with the Clinician Workforce Analyst, ensure credentialing, and provide timely communications to clinicians and stakeholders, with a focus on efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of telehealth scheduling or clinical operations support.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and update clinician schedules per workforce plans and demand.
• Partner with Clinician Workforce Analyst to operationalize staffing models.
• Execute daily and near-term schedule changes for PTO, call-outs, onboarding, and swaps.
• Monitor schedules for accuracy, completeness, and coverage risk.
