Comprehensive Counseling is seeking an organized Assistant Operations Manager to support day-to-day operations of a growing behavioral health private practice. This fully remote role focuses on clinician relationships, process improvement, and KPI reporting to leadership.

You will coordinate documentation, scheduling, and workflows while maintaining HIPAA compliance and collaborating with leadership to drive operational efficiency and clinician success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in behavioral health or healthcare administration.
• Experience with an EHR system (AdvancedMD strongly preferred).
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize, interpret, and communicate operational data.

Responsabilités

• Support clinician relationships and provide responsive operational support.
• Coordinate daily operational workflows, documentation, scheduling questions, and internal processes.
• Analyze performance, track KPIs, and report to leadership.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and organizational standards.
