You will collaborate with clinicians and leadership to streamline processes, improve patient experience and support practice growth.

You should be detail-oriented, tech-savvy and comfortable managing multiple systems (CRM, practice-management software, billing platforms).

Qualifications

• Experience with insurance credentialing or medical billing is a strong plus.
• Proficiency with CRM and practice-management software; ability to learn new tech quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage many moving parts across systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client intake, scheduling and clinician matching.
• Manage billing processes and coordinate with external billing service.
• Handle multi-state compliance, onboarding and HR records.
• Support practice growth through operational improvements and KPI tracking.
• Maintain clinician profiles and directories; ensure website accuracy.
