Job summary

Coast Medical Service is seeking a Clinical Liaison to support our travel nursing and clinical staffing teams in the United States. You will be the clinical contact for onboarding and assignments, building trusted relationships and guiding clinicians on care and professional development.

You will resolve issues, ensure compliance with standards, collect feedback, and collaborate with sales, recruitment, and HR to enhance the traveler experience and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing and active RN license in the United States.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Experience in travel nursing or healthcare staffing is highly desirable.
• Proven success in sales or recruiting roles.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary clinical point of contact for clinicians during onboarding and assignments.
• Develop and maintain strong clinician relationships and trust.
• Provide clinical guidance on patient care and professional development.
• Mediate and resolve issues affecting clinician and client experiences.
• Collaborate with recruitment and compliance to ensure standards.
• Gather clinician feedback and drive improvements with HR and recruitment.
• Coordinate with sales and recruitment to support retention and growth.
• Stay updated on healthcare regulations and market trends.
• Support training materials and resources for clinicians.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, housing, licensing, and logistics.
