Job summary

Candidates must hold an unrestricted psychotherapy license and have 3+ years post-graduate experience (1 year post-licensure). Proficiency with Google Suite and Zoom, plus instructional design and evaluation skills, are essential.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, etc.).
• Minimum 3 years post-graduate experience with at least 1 year post-licensed experience.
• Comfortable with technology and engaging learners virtually.
• Experience in training with strong understanding of adult learning and virtual engagement techniques.
• Solid understanding of instructional design and content development.
• Knowledgeable about training evaluation techniques.
• Proficient in Google Suite, Zoom, and additional events platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical trainings in an engaging manner.
• Collaborate with a dedicated customer and internal Spring Employees to meet their needs.
• Coordinate with global providers to tailor materials for cultural relevance.
