Spring Health is seeking a Clinical Instructional Designer to design and deliver clinical trainings for customers virtually and in person, while collaborating with stakeholders to measure effectiveness and grow offerings. You will travel up to 30% for in-person sessions, and work within a fast-paced, AI-enabled environment.

Ideal candidates hold an unrestricted psychotherapy license, have 3+ years of post-graduate clinical experience, and bring strong instructional design, training delivery, and

Qualifications

• Unrestricted clinical license to practice psychotherapy.
• Minimum 3 years post-graduate clinical experience, plus at least 1 year post-licensure.
• Experience with instructional design, content development, and corporate training.
• Strong adult-learning knowledge and virtual engagement skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with corporate customers.

Responsabilités

• Develop clinical content and training materials.
• Deliver high-quality clinical trainings virtually and in person.
• Identify training needs with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Apply ADDIE model to curriculum development and evaluation.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with policies.
• Coordinate end-to-end logistics for trainings and events.
