Reporting to the Director of Clinical Training, the Clinical Trainer for Spring Health, you will deliver clinical trainings to a dedicated customer virtually and in person, assist in the development of clinical trainings, collaborate in measuring the effectiveness of trainings, and work to grow clinical training offerings. This position will be dedicated to a major customer. This is a full-time, fully remote position on our team. Travel may be required up to 30% of the time for in-person trainings.
The targetsalaryfor FTrange for this position is $80,000-$92,000. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
