Ideal candidates have an unrestricted psychotherapy license, 3+ years post-graduate experience, and strong skills in instructional design, virtual engagement, and

Qualifications

• Unrestricted psychotherapy license (psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, etc.).
• Minimum 3 years post-graduate experience; at least 1 year post-licensed.
• Experience delivering clinical trainings and engaging virtual learners.
• Strong instructional design and content development skills.
• Solid knowledge of training evaluation techniques.

Responsabilités

• Deliver clinical trainings in an engaging manner.
• Partner with a dedicated customer and internal Spring employees.
• Collaborate with global providers to adapt materials culturally.
• Develop clinical content and training materials.
• Coordinate logistics for virtual events and on-site activities.
• Triage urgent or crisis matters using clinical skills.
• Consult on Training and Programming planning with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance.
