Job summary

Spring Health in Atlanta seeks an independently licensed mental health professional to join the Clinical Training team as a Clinical Trainer. You will deliver trainings virtually and in person, develop content, and measure effectiveness for a dedicated customer.

Requirements include 3+ years post-graduate clinical experience, 1+ year post-licensure, and expertise in instructional design, corporate training, and adult learning principles. Travel up to 20% is required.

Qualifications

• Post-graduate clinical experience (3+ years) with at least 1 year post-licensure.
• Experience with instructional design and content development is required.
• Strong corporate training or public speaking background with adult learning principles and virtual engagement methods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for corporate clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical trainings to customers virtually and in person.
• Collaborate with a dedicated customer and Spring Health staff to meet needs.
• Develop clinical content and training materials with engaging techniques.
• Measure training effectiveness and grow offerings.
• Coordinate logistics for virtual events and onsite trainings.
• Consult on Training and Programming planning with internal stakeholders.
• Triage clinical situations as needed and understand the customer benefits.
