Guidelight Health, Inc. is seeking a Virtual Clinical Therapist to deliver high-quality telehealth therapy for individuals with behavioral health needs.

This role requires MA independent licensure and cross-licensure readiness to expand to other states, with experience in PHP/IOP settings and strong telehealth delivery skills. Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work.
• Massachusetts independent licensure (LICSW/LMHC) or equivalent.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses per regulations.
• Experience in IOP/PHP settings preferred.
• Virtual therapy experience required.
• Telehealth best practices knowledge and crisis safety planning.

Responsabilités

Title: Virtual Clinical Therapist

Reports to: Director of Telehealth

Department/Location: Remote

FLSA Status: Exempt

Requirements and Schedule

• Licensure: Must be independently licensed as a therapist in the state of MA with the ability to be cross licensed to other states. Highly preferred 3 years post independent licensure experience. Seeking experience in IOP/PHP settings.
• Schedule: Monday-Thursday, either 8am-6:30pm OR 10am-8:30pm EST

Role Summary

Virtual Therapists are responsible for providing high-quality care and therapeutic services to individuals dealing with various behavioral issues. The therapist will use telehealth to facilitate 1:1 and group therapy, develop and implement treatment plans, conduct assessments, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver effective behavioral health interventions. Guidelight is committed to the professional growth and development of therapists and provides free clinical supervision hours to support clinicians.

• Conduct psychologicalandbiopsychosocialassessments and evaluations todetermineclients' needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy.
• Monitor and document clients' progress and adjust treatment plansto create a cohesive case conceptualization.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors, to provide comprehensiveandcontinuityofcare.
• Completes suicide risk assessment within identifiedtime framesand withappropriate thoroughnessand scoringwhile consulting with clinical leaders.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviewsdetermininglength of stay and level of care.
• Assess andidentifycommunity resources based onclientsneeds during treatment/ aftercare planning.
• Adhere to all standardized Group Curriculum and Treatment Planning.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health and behavioral issueswhile building supportive and trusting relationships
• Comes preparedtoweekly clinical supervision with relevant client updates, case formulations, and questions to support high-quality care.
• Adhere to all confidentiality and ethical guidelines as outlined by professional standards and laws.
• Stay updated on the latest research and developments in behavioral therapy and mental health.

Required Qualifications

• Amaster's degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Valid Massachusetts independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LICSW or LMHC)
• Willingness and ability to obtain additional state licenses, as requested
• If eligible based on licensure status and applicable state regulations, must be willing to provide formal clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians as part of Guidelight’s supervision program. This includes actively supporting the development of associate licensed professionals in accordance with organizational standards and state-specific supervisory requirements.
• Demonstrated experience providingbehavioral therapy,counselingandgroup therapy.
• Ability to manage clients effectively in virtual settings , including adapting interventions to a telehealth environment.
• Comfort and competence with technology , including navigating HIPAA-compliant video platforms, EMRs, and virtual collaboration tools.
• Strong engagement skills in a virtual space (ability to build rapport,maintaingroup cohesion, and intervene effectively when clients disengage).
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn telehealth best practices , including crisis response and safety planning in a remote setting.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while stayingclosely connectedto a distributed virtual team .
• Commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive virtual group culture that mirrors the Guidelight client experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experiencefacilitatinggroup therapy in an IOP/PHP/RES/IP setting.
• Experience working virtually
• 3 years' experience post independent licensure

Pay Range

$80,000 - $95,000 USD
