Job summary

Access TeleCare, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Clinical Coordinator for the Overnight Shift. In this full-time role you'll support hospital consults, coordinate with clinical staff, and ensure timely patient care from a remote location.

You'll work a 40-hour week on a Friday-Tuesday schedule, with weekends and holidays required. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and tech-savviness are essential to succeed in our fast-paced virtual hospital environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a call center, healthcare, or IT.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools; able to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with hospital clinical staff and Access TeleCare physicians to ensure timely patient care.
• Answer inbound calls to the consult center and accurately collect patient information.
• Coordinate paperwork, upload images, set up video conferencing and test connections.
• Provide Tier 1 technical support to hospitals and company physicians.
• Escalate to Tier 2 IT support as needed.
• Support the consult coordination center operations during overnight shifts.
