Job summary

Access TeleCare, LLC is seeking a Remote Full-Time Clinical Dispatcher for our 1st shift. You will remotely manage multi-channel coordination and assignment of both emergency and routine consultations across multiple service lines.

In this role you will communicate with hospital staff and Access TeleCare physicians to ensure timely patient care while handling CCC workflows. This is a full‑time, remote position with a 40‑hour week and weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least one year in a call center, healthcare, or IT environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross‑department collaboration.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
• Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
• Strong phone and customer service skills with attention to detail.
• Eagerness to work in healthcare and positively impact patient lives.
• Flexible, adaptive in a fast-paced setting; remote work readiness.
• Full-time schedule: 6:45 AM–3:00 PM ET, Tue–Sat.
• Remote-based environment; 40 hours/week; 24/7 operations possible.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with hospital staff and Access TeleCare physicians to ensure timely patient care.
• Manage CCC coordinator duties and consult lifecycles.
• Prioritize and assign emergency and routine consultations across service lines.
• Use protocols and the dispatch system to evaluate situations and take action.
• Test readiness of equipment and monitor queues to meet SLAs.
• Maintain professionalism with healthcare facilities, physicians, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Be on-call and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Collaborate with departments to support the company mission.
• Keep supervisor informed and take corrective actions when necessary.
• Support 24/7 operations including weekends and holidays.
