Ladders is seeking a Lead Director, Recruitment Operations to guide the strategic direction of recruitment operations within a healthcare-focused environment. This remote role emphasizes scalable processes that support client needs and business growth, translating requirements into actionable recruitment solutions.

You will partner with sales and delivery stakeholders to shape recruitment strategies, support launch readiness, and improve campaign performance while leading a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in clinical trial process and business.
• 10+ years in healthcare industry with understanding of payors, pharmacies, and their impact on clinical trials.
• Preferred understanding of Real-World Data (RWD).
• Experience in a PBM or payer environment is a plus.

For our client, we are seeking a Lead Director, Recruitment Operations to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This leader will guide the strategic direction of recruitment operations in a complex healthcare environment, with a focus on building scalable processes that support client needs and business growth. The role will translate client requirements into actionable recruitment solutions, balancing operational execution with thoughtful planning and team leadership. This position will also partner closely with sales and delivery stakeholders to shape recruitment strategies, support launch readiness, and improve campaign performance.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $100,000 – $231,540 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team to translate client needs into actionable recruitment solutions
• Set strategic direction and priorities for scaling recruitment operations
• Support the sales process by analyzing client needs and shaping recruitment strategies
• Translate client requirements into practical recruitment solutions for execution
• Develop recruitment materials and processes to ensure project success

Qualifications

• 10+ years in clinical trial process and business, preferably in retail pharmacy, pharma, or a clinical research organization
• 10+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, with understanding of payors, pharmacies, and their impact on clinical trials
• Bachelor's degree required
• Preferred understanding of Real-World Data (RWD) and patient recruitment in clinical trials
• Experience in a PBM or payer environment is a plus
