IDR, Inc. is seeking a Field Recruiter to support a nationwide mobile veterinary clinic network. This Hybrid role focuses on high-volume sourcing and screening for field-based positions across multiple locations.

You will partner with field hiring managers to manage numerous requisitions, coordinate interviews, and ensure timely hires while leveraging ATS tools. This dynamic role offers growth with an established industry leader.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in high-volume recruiting.
• Experience managing multiple open requisitions across various locations.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with field-based hiring managers both verbally and in writing.
• Strong organizational and creative skills to source top talent efficiently.
• Knowledge of employment laws relating to non-discriminatory hiring practices and best recruiting practices.
