We’re looking for Clinical Sourcer , to join a leading client in Remote. The Clinical Sourcer is responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of qualified clinical talent to support current and future hiring needs. This role partners closely with recruiters and hiring leaders to develop sourcing strategies, attract high-quality candidates, and create talent pools for hard-to-fill pharmacy positions.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified clinical candidates, including pharmacists, pharmacy manager.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CRM platforms, referrals, social media, professional associations, and networking events.
