Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in a technical support role for a healthcare company.
• Experience with microsurgery or ophthalmology is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% in the DACH region.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Aufgaben

• Deliver best-in-class applications and support to channel partners during evaluation, demonstrations, and training.
• Provide input during sales negotiations and help Account Managers with configurations and solutions.
• Create product and application materials and train Account Managers on Leica products and applications.
• Support ideation and development programs for market success and launches (Beta/NPI).
• Collect customer feedback and relay consolidated information to Product Managers.
