Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a leader for enterprise data abstraction and registry oversight. You will manage teams that synthesize clinical data for system-wide quality projects and ensure timely reporting to CMS, payors and accrediting bodies.

The role emphasizes interoperability, data validation, and compliance with state and federal regulations while supporting accreditation efforts across several facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare related field.
• Three (3) years of experience in quality, abstraction, registry with 1 year of supervisory experience in healthcare.
• Knowledge of data collection, reporting and registry standards.

Responsibilities

• Manages a team to provide clinical synthesis, distribution, and analysis of data for system projects.
• Oversees registries across the enterprise ensuring accuracy, timeliness and integrity.
• Leads validation audits and ensures compliance with state and federal reporting requirements.
• Coordinates interoperability and data reporting tools and processes.
• Supports site inspections and accreditation activities.
