Job summary

Advocate Health seeks an experienced leader in Quality Abstraction to oversee a team responsible for clinical data synthesis, collection, and reporting across enterprise projects. The role drives interoperability improvements and ensures alignment with regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with facility executives and service lines to translate operational needs into analytic strategies while maintaining strict privacy and data integrity standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in healthcare related field.
• Three years of experience in quality, abstraction, registry with 1 year of supervisory experience; healthcare environment.
• Experience preferred in orthopedic and/or trauma areas.
• Knowledge of data management and reporting standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to analyze data for system strategic and quality projects.
• Oversee registry compliance with state and federal standards.
• Ensure timely collection and submission of complex data to CMS, payors, and accrediting entities.
• Develop interoperability and validation processes for data reporting.
• Coordinate multiple registries to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage project execution with minimal supervision.
• Conduct inter-rater reliability audits and data quality reviews.
• Support service lines with report requirements for quality improvement.
