Spring Health, a global mental health company, seeks a Clinical Quality Manager - Medication Care to lead and sustain top-tier quality for Medication Providers. This remote role partners with Clinical Leadership, Legal/Compliance, Credentialing, and Operations to drive scalable quality operations and systems optimization.

You will own the annual peer review program, analyze quality trends, and develop training materials to elevate care delivery across behavioral health services.

Formación

• Active nursing license with behavioral health experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of clinical documentation standards and quality oversight.
• Experience with quality assurance, provider performance management, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple workflows and data-driven quality initiatives.
• Experience developing educational materials and onboarding resources.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate QoC concerns by reviewing complaints, provider docs, and metrics.
• Determine interventions and escalation paths with leadership input.
• Coach providers on performance and policy adherence.
• Conduct post-intervention audits to assess improvement and efficacy.
• Analyze quality trends and provider data to guide decisions.
• Manage annual peer review program for Medication Prescribers.
• Maintain peer review tracking systems and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on quality initiatives.
• Develop educational materials and onboarding resources for providers.
