Job summary

Sharecare is seeking a Quality Support Manager to oversee Leads and Specialists across remote Central Operations queues. You will ensure timely turnaround and backlog management, and support field operations to drive client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include onboarding, coaching, performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration to improve processes and outcomes while maintaining HIPAA and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum 5 years’ Medical Records experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year management experience or 2 years lead experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years training experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite, Visio, CRM, Power BI, and Workday.
• CRIS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Leads and Specialists across remote Central Operations queues.
• Ensure turnaround times and backlogs meet targets.
• Support field operations and cross-functional partners to drive client satisfaction.
• Lead onboarding, training, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Identify process improvements and document updates to drive continuous improvement.
