Job summary

Telecare Corporation is seeking a Clinical Quality Manager to lead quality improvement and risk management across multiple behavioral health programs. The role involves onsite travel in the Bay Area, implementing standards, guiding surveys, and developing improvement plans.

Strong analytical and cross-team collaboration skills are essential. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in a health-related field, a valid behavioral health license, and 2+ years of quality assurance experience,

Qualifications

Master's degree in a health-related field or equivalent experience.
Active, unrestricted behavioral health license (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC/LISAC/PhD/PsyD).
2+ years in behavioral health quality improvement or patient safety across care settings.

Responsibilities

Actively manages quality improvement and risk management processes.
Implements PDSA and Root Cause Analysis.
Facilitates survey readiness and guides survey processes.
Provides program support with reports, improvement plans and timelines.
Leads quality initiatives from inception to final resolution.
Plans and analyzes quality rounding, develops program-driven plans of improvement.
