Humana Inc. is seeking a remote Clinical Programs Pharmacy Technician Representative to support Pharmacists and members. You will participate in programs to improve health outcomes, focusing on prescription drugs and medication therapy, and assist with comprehensive medication reviews.

You will work from home, handle calls, collect history, and help with education and campaigns. Training requires camera-on attendance, and a commitment to a 12-month campaign and 90-day appraisal period.

Qualifications

• Resident State Pharmacy Technician License OR National Pharmacy Technician Certification.
• Applied knowledge of insurance processing, customer service or call center processes.
• Must have a designated work area with a door that locks.

Responsabilités

• Make outbound and take inbound calls communicating with Humana members.
• Collect medication history information.
• Prepare members for a comprehensive medication review.
• Help guide prescription drug optimization for patients taking multiple medications.
• Help create health awareness with Rx Education and quarterly campaigns.
• Assist Pharmacists by placing and retrieving calls to confirm patients are taking drugs and provide counseling.
