Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a remote Clinical Programs Pharmacy Technician Representative to support Pharmacists and members, focusing on medication therapy and comprehensive medication reviews.

You will perform semi-routine tasks, assist with patient education, and help drive program initiatives from a supervisory team. The role requires pharmacy technician licensure or national certification, strong customer service or call center experience, and a quiet, lockable work area.

Qualifications

• Must have active pharmacy technician license or national certification.
• Experience in insurance processing, customer service or call center.
• Must have a designated work area with a door that locks.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound and take inbound calls with Humana members.
• Collect medication history information.
• Prepare members for a comprehensive medication review.
• Help guide prescription drug optimization for patients on multiple meds.
• Help create health awareness with patients via Rx education and quarterly campaigns.
• Assist Pharmacists by placing and retrieving calls to confirm adherence and provide counseling.
