Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a remote Clinical Programs Pharmacy Technician Representative to support Pharmacists and patients, focusing on medication therapy and comprehensive medication reviews.

You will handle calls, collect med history, assist with reviews, and educate patients from a remote setting; bilingual Spanish is a plus. This role requires compliance, scheduling within EST hours, and collaboration with leadership.

Qualifications

• Licensed Pharmacy Technician or national certification is required.
• Insurance processing, customer service, or call center experience is preferred.
• Must have a dedicated work area with a lockable door.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound and take inbound calls with Humana members.
• Collect medication history information.
• Prepare members for comprehensive medication reviews.
• Help guide prescription drug optimization for patients on multiple medications.
• Create health awareness with patients through Rx Education and quarterly campaigns.
• Assist Pharmacists by calling to confirm medications and provide counseling.
