Humana Inc. seeks a Remote Clinical Programs Pharmacy Technician Representative to support Pharmacists and patients by advancing programs that improve health outcomes and medication therapy.

You will conduct comprehensive medication reviews and participate in campaigns, with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and member education. You will need a valid state license or national certification and experience in processing insurance or working in a call center or pharmacy setting.

Qualifications

• Active insurance processing knowledge and strong customer service skills.
• Experience with call center processes or pharmacy settings preferred.
• Ability to work in a remote home office and maintain privacy and security.

Responsabilités

• Make outbound and take inbound calls with Humana members.
• Collect medication history information.
• Prepare members for a comprehensive medication review.
• Help guide prescription drug optimization for patients on multiple meds.
• Promote health awareness through Rx Education and quarterly campaigns.
• Assist Pharmacists by confirming med use and providing counseling.
