Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; medical assistant certification preferred.
• 2+ years of administrative support experience.
• Medical terminology knowledge base.

Responsibilities

• Document all member interactions in a timely and compliant manner.
• Respond to ADT notifications and perform program-related calls.
• Enter data into software applications accurately and timely.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to clinical staff and managers.
