Job summary

MyCare Medical Group in Florida seeks a Clinical Operations Pharmacy Technician to support primary care clinics and patients by implementing programs that improve health outcomes, focusing on prescription drugs and medication therapy adherence (HEDIS).

The role involves coordinating medication synchronization, outreach to members, and collaborating with pharmacies and PCPs to resolve barriers and optimize therapy. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of HEDIS, medication adherence, insurance processing, and call-center practices.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret PDC reports and prioritize lists.
• Familiarity with Medicare Advantage Star Ratings and HEDIS measures.

Responsibilities

• Track PDC gap lists and manage administrative tasks.
• Make outbound and inbound calls; patient outreach.
• Collect medication history and identify barriers.
• Coordinate medication synchronization and refills with pharmacies.
• Flag barriers to PCP for script adjustments.
• Review EMR alerts and run daily outreach 14–21 days before run-out.
