Job summary

AnewHealth seeks a Pharmacist to oversee pharmacotherapy outcomes and ensure accurate dispensing and documentation across our remote care model. You will leverage proprietary software, coordinate with care teams, and support patients and families on medication therapy management.

The role emphasizes adherence to state and federal laws, diligence in billing and record-keeping, and collaboration with pharmacy technicians to optimize medication reconciliation and distribution.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active pharmacist license in the home state and obtain NJ license within 6 months of hire.
• 2+ years of experience in pharmacy distribution and packaging; geriatrics or chronic care management exposure preferred.
• Experience with clinical pharmacogenomics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for patients, families, pharmacists, and providers to address MRPs and medication concerns.
• Explain care plan options, usage, side effects, and contraindications of medications.
