Job summary

AnewHealth is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to manage pharmacotherapy outcomes for patients remotely from New Jersey. You will collaborate with physicians and care teams, review medications, and support distribution and labeling under state and federal regulations.

Essential qualifications include a BS in Pharmacy (PharmD preferred), NJ license, and 2+ years in pharmacy distribution with geriatrics exposure. Strong communication, problem-solving, and compliance mindset are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to communicate professionally across platforms and with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and clinical judgement for medication-related decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for patients, families, and providers on med-related issues.
• Explain care plan options, uses, side effects, and contraindications of medications.
• Ensure proper documentation for care decisions, coding, and medication distribution.
