AnewHealth is hiring a Pharmacist to manage pharmacotherapy outcomes for patients using advanced technology and a robust medication distribution system. The role emphasizes ensuring accurate dispensing, documentation, and adherence to regulatory standards across care settings.

Ideal candidates will have ACPE-accredited education and an active pharmacist license, with 2+ years in pharmacy distribution and geriatrics; pharmacogenomics interest is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate from ACPE-accredited pharmacy program or equivalent
• Current active license in state where practice will occur

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for patients, families, and providers to resolve medication-related problems
• Explain care plans, uses, side effects, and contraindications of medications
• Ensure documentation meets regulatory and billing requirements
• Oversee technicians in medication reconciliation, ordering, inventory, and labeling
• Review and approve prescription orders with accurate dosing, directions, and quantities
