Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations experience in a digital healthcare startup with proven people management.
• Track record of running projects independently and driving measurable results.
• Comfort working with data to track, report on, and improve operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily rhythm of clinical and care operations, monitor queues and appointment flow, unblock issues in real time.
• Lead end-to-end operational projects, scope, plan, execute, and measure impact; design new workflows and tooling.
• Manage and develop the offshore care operations team, set expectations and drive performance.
• Document and maintain SOPs and lead continuous-improvement efforts to raise quality over time.
