Job summary

CareTalk Health is seeking a Clinical Operations Training Developer/Facilitator to design and deliver remote training for our telehealth teams, ensuring learning experiences are engaging, scalable, and compliant with healthcare standards.

You will develop ILT and CBT content, facilitate virtual sessions, and partner with operations and SMEs to align programs with performance goals while leveraging adult learning principles.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of training development experience
• 3+ years of virtual facilitation experience
• Experience with an AI-enabled LMS and Zoom/Teams
• Ability to train on policies, systems, workflows
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles
• Excellent writing, communication and engagement skills
• Ability to work independently and cross-functional
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Develop new learning content (ILT and CBT)
• Maintain and update existing learning content
• Facilitate new hire, refresher, and upskill training in a fully remote environment
• Train employees on telephony systems, electronic health records, and internal tools
• Conduct role plays, simulations, and hands‑on learning activities
• Reinforce workflows, quality standards, and performance expectations through coaching
• Support onboarding coordination and training administration
• Partner with operations leaders and SMEs to align training with business needs
• Identify training gaps and drive continuous improvement
