Qualifications

• Licensed psychotherapist with active license (not eligible for supervision).
• Minimum 3 years post-graduate experience with at least 1 year post-licensure.
• Comfortable with technology and delivering virtual learning.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and virtual engagement.
• Solid knowledge of instructional design and content development.
• Familiarity with training evaluation techniques and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical trainings to a dedicated customer, virtually and in person.
• Develop clinical training content and materials.
• Collaborate to measure training effectiveness and outcomes.
• Coordinate logistics for virtual events and in-person trainings.
• Consult with internal stakeholders to tailor trainings for the customer.
• Support Wellsprings and onsite health fairs as needed.
• Triages urgent or crisis matters using clinical skills.
