Job summary

OpenLoop Health is hiring a Manager, Training & Enablement to own the training framework for Patient Services across client programs. You will design and implement the train-the-trainer model with international partners, ensuring consistent delivery and measurable outcomes.

You will also build the reinforcement layer to verify training impact and drive improvements. You will lead a fast-moving team, partner with operations and clinical teams, and ensure HIPAA/PHI standards are upheld.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in training, enablement, or L&D.
• 2+ years of people management experience in a training/enablement function.
• Demonstrated adult-learning and instructional-design expertise.
• Experience training international learners and designing for different cultures.
• Proven curriculum design and delivery for front-line/agent populations.
• Ability to tie training to measurable outcomes and retention.
• Experience launching new clients or programs with go-live readiness.
• Experience bridging QA and training using data to drive coaching.

Responsibilities

• Own training framework end-to-end — philosophy, standards, delivery, and outcomes.
• Design train-the-trainer model across international BPO partners for consistency.
• Build verification mechanisms to confirm training sticks and applies learnings.
• Design training for diverse learning styles and international learners.
• Manage ramp curricula for new client launches and changes.
• Develop surge-response playbooks for fast onboarding during peaks.
• Lead training team and collaborate with Training Specialist; set standards.
• Coordinate with Workforce Management to align staffing with training capacity.
• Ensure training content aligns with HIPAA/PHI and clinical standards.
